Welcome to the JK Casino Blackjack Trainer ("Service"), operated at blackjacktrainer.pro. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Purpose

The Service is an educational and entertainment tool for practicing blackjack basic strategy and card counting. It is not gambling advice and does not guarantee outcomes in any casino. Casinos may bar card counters; use what you learn here responsibly and lawfully.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use gambling-related training tools, and at least 18 years old. Do not use the Service where it is prohibited by law.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You can sign up with an email and password or with Google sign-in (via Firebase Authentication). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Plans. A free tier is available. Paid "Pro" and team plans unlock additional features.
• Payments. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Trials & renewals. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription that renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Contact us with billing questions.
• Price changes. We may change pricing prospectively; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

Team & White-Label Plans

Administrators on team plans may invite a limited number of seats. Seat limits correspond to the plan purchased. Invited members access the Service under the administrator's plan and remain subject to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attack the Service.
• Do not share, resell, or sublicense access except as expressly permitted by a team or white-label agreement.
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code are owned by the operator of blackjacktrainer.pro unless otherwise noted. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal training in line with your plan.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of blackjacktrainer.pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any gambling losses or decisions, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
