Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what data the JK Casino Blackjack Trainer ("Service") collects, how it is used, and the third parties that process it on our behalf.
Information We Collect
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile information (name, email, and account identifier) as permitted by your Google account.
- Authentication data. Sign-in and session data are handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
- Profile & usage data. Your plan, roles, and training-related settings and progress associated with your account are stored in Google Firestore. Some gameplay state is also cached locally in your browser.
- Payment data. If you purchase a subscription, billing is handled by Stripe. We receive limited subscription metadata (such as plan, status, and renewal date) and a Stripe customer/subscription identifier. We do not collect or store your full card number.
- Security & technical data. We use Google reCAPTCHA / Firebase App Check to deter abuse, and standard server/CDN logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) may be retained briefly for security and reliability.
How We Use Information
- To create and operate your account and provide the Service's features.
- To process subscriptions, manage seats, and prevent abuse.
- To maintain security, troubleshoot, and improve reliability.
- To respond to your requests and communicate about your account or billing.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Processors
We rely on these providers, each under their own privacy terms:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, App Check) and Google Sign-In / reCAPTCHA — account, authentication, data storage, and abuse prevention.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
- Hosting / CDN (e.g., Vercel) — delivery of the Service.
Use of Google user data received through Google Sign-In adheres to the applicable Google API Services User Data policies. Linked third-party sites are not controlled by us.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in (Firebase Authentication) and to run reCAPTCHA / App Check. We also use your browser's local storage to cache gameplay state and settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
Data Retention
We retain account and subscription data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Locally cached data remains in your browser until you clear it. Server logs are kept only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting.
Your Choices & Rights
You may access or update certain account details in the app, and you can cancel a subscription from the billing portal. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, email contact@blackjacktrainer.pro. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Children
The Service is intended for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure. Use the Service at your own risk.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
